Columbus CEO Names MDK a Top Workplace Winner
MDK has been recognized as a 2026 Columbus Top Workplace by Columbus CEO. Among organizations with 125 to 349 employees in Greater Columbus, only 23 were recognized, making this distinction especially meaningful.
Top Workplaces designation is based entirely on confidential employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The survey measures key aspects of the employee experience, including whether team members feel respected and supported, have opportunities to grow, and are empowered to execute in their roles.
The feedback from Team MDK reflects a culture where people feel included, genuinely appreciated, and encouraged to bring forward different points of view. Flexibility and balance also stood out as meaningful parts of the day-to-day experience.
