Kelly McLinden is a detail-oriented Client Experience Specialist with deep knowledge of the foreclosure process. She solves problems from the client’s perspective and delivers clear, timely responses every step of the way.
As a Client Experience Specialist at MDK, Kelly McLinden brings nearly two decades of firm knowledge and cross-functional insight to the table. She works closely with clients to address scorecard findings, reviews foreclosure files in both internal and client systems, and communicates across departments to resolve issues and provide thoughtful, accurate responses. Her goal is simple: deliver reliable, timely service that makes each client’s job easier.
Kelly always keeps the client's perspective in mind. She understands the importance of providing clarity and making sure clients know their concerns are a top priority. Kelly's strong command of the foreclosure process, paired with her attention to detail and tenacity, allows her to spot patterns, explain issues clearly, and craft persuasive rebuttals that reflect MDK’s commitment to quality. Her ability to step into a file’s history and reconstruct what happened makes her a trusted problem solver and valued partner to clients and colleagues alike.
Kelly's career at MDK began in 2005, shortly after graduating from The Ohio State University. She’s been with the firm ever since. Over the years, she’s held a wide range of roles, including Legal Assistant, Senior Client Reporting Specialist, Chronology Team Lead, and Senior Paralegal. She’s particularly drawn to work that involves getting into the details, examining how files move, identifying where things went off track, and ensuring that MDK’s internal processes are aligned with client expectations.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys trying new restaurants, hosting family get-togethers, and spending time with her children, Liam and Arya. She’s a big fan of psychological thrillers and true crime series and loves unwinding with a good book or Netflix binge. She also volunteers with MDK’s Besa, and says the Alicia’s Closet event, where she helped sort holiday gifts for families in the foster care system, was especially meaningful.
