Olga D. Kovaleva

Olga Kovaleva serves as Director of People at MDK, leading the department's operations and its continued evolution. Her work brings together the traditional responsibilities of human resources with a broader focus on company culture, talent development, employee experience, and alignment between MDK’s people and business strategies.

During her tenure MDK, Olga has held several leadership roles that have given her a broad view of the firm, its clients and its people. Her career has evolved from client-focused work into leadership roles centered on employee engagement, talent acquisition, company culture, and organizational strategy. That experience gives her a unique perspective as she leads MDK’s People function, connecting the needs of employees with the firm’s business goals and the expectations of its clients.

Olga works closely with senior leadership and teams across the firm to build the culture, capabilities and workforce needed to support MDK’s long-term growth. A central focus of her work is creating an environment where employees understand how their contributions connect to the firm’s goals and have opportunities to grow.
