Olga Kovaleva serves as Director of Strategic Initiatives at MDK, where she focuses on three foundational elements of a healthy, high-performing organization: firm-wide alignment around vision, strategic development, and the cultivation of a thriving company culture. Her work centers on creating an environment where every employee feels a sense of belonging, has opportunities to grow, and understands how their contributions matter to the firm’s success.
Olga’s oversight includes initiatives that strengthen the supporting elements of thriving company cultures, including MDK’s employee equity promise, engagement, company values, leadership growth, professional development, and a fulfilling employee experience. Outside of work, Olga enjoys traveling and exploring new places and traditions. She values time in nature, long walks, good food, and classic literature.
