Tyler Collen has spent his professional career at MDK, building deep institutional knowledge across departments and client services. As Client Experience Specialist, he reviews scorecard findings and client feedback, collaborating with internal teams to provide timely solutions and strengthen processes for long-term success. “I enjoy taking a close look at files with an eye toward identifying patterns and opportunities for improvement,” he explains. “I’ve held a number of roles over the years, and the experience has given me great insight into the different stages and inner workings of the legal work we perform.”
With a warm demeanor and sharp attention to detail, Tyler brings a unique mix of empathy and precision to his work. He’s known for staying calm under pressure and always working toward clear, timely communication. “Great client service means understanding the client’s perspective and making sure they get the information they need in a concise and well-structured way. No matter the situation, I stay focused on thoughtful, effective communication,” Tyler says.
Tyler’s knowledge of the foreclosure process spans multiple jurisdictions, and he works across departments to ensure clients receive practical and accurate support. He applies MDK’s core values in every interaction. “You often need to be creative in your approach, intentional in your engagement, and consistent in your collaboration to effectively support client needs,” he shares.
Before stepping into his current role, Tyler served as both a Legal Assistant and Direct Source Specialist. His years of experience and consistent commitment to service have made him a trusted partner to clients and colleagues alike. Outside the office, you can find Tyler playing piano or guitar, enjoying a round of golf, or taking his dog to explore as many parks as possible.
