Jasmine A. Cole

Jasmine Cole is a Client Relationship Specialist dedicated to fostering trust and driving client success. In her role, she leads conversations that help clients align their goals with MDK’s services, ensuring their evolving needs are met with proactive solutions. “Great client service, to me, means building strong, trust-based relationships through clear communication and proactive support,” Jasmine says. She meets regularly with clients to discuss performance and strategy, then collaborates with internal teams to create tailored action plans that deliver real results.

Since joining MDK in 2020, Jasmine has continually expanded her impact across the firm. She began her career at MDK as a Customer Relationship Assistant before becoming a Legal Assistant supporting the Florida Timeshare practice. These early roles allowed her to build a strong foundation in client support and legal processes. Today, she combines that foundation with her creativity and people-centered mindset to help strengthen the firm’s client partnerships and brand presence. “I focus on being proactive, honest, and clear in communication,” she explains. “I listen closely to client needs and make sure we’re consistently delivering value and exceeding expectations.”

Jasmine’s professional path has been shaped by a wide range of client-facing experiences. Before joining MDK, she worked in retail leadership and completed two Disney College Program internships at Walt Disney World, one supporting floral designers for Disney weddings, and another in merchandise operations. She later served as a performer at Walt Disney World, creating memorable guest experiences in a dynamic, high-energy environment. These experiences refined her communication skills, appreciation for service excellence, and creative approach to problem-solving.

A proud graduate of Wilmington University, Jasmine earned her Bachelor of Science in Communications in 2021 and was recognized on the Academic Dean’s List from 2019 to 2021. She continues to build her professional network through industry events, including regular attendance at ARDA-WIN gatherings. Jasmine has also represented MDK at key client outings such as the Texas Rangers baseball game, further strengthening industry relationships.

Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys traveling and exploring new places. She is also a movie enthusiast, with a special love for Marvel films. Whether connecting with a client or planning her next adventure, Jasmine brings curiosity, enthusiasm, and a collaborative spirit to all she does.
