Kirsten Friedman is the Compliance Officer at MDK, where she plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and client requirements across the firm's portfolios. With meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, Kirsten's responsibilities span a wide array of functions. She explains, "There is a diverse set of tasks in my day-to-day work, ranging from advising clients on the legal requirements related to default litigation, to projects relating to process development, to staff training.”

Collaboration is at the heart of Kirsten's work, both within MDK and with external partners. She emphasizes, "Collaboration is a huge part of my role. I partner with operations to build and enhance processes to ensure not only legal compliance, but maximum efficiency and quality in the services that we provide.” Kirsten's collaborative efforts extend beyond the firm, as she works with external stakeholders to achieve shared goals and support MDK's vision. A member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Kirsten sets high professional standards, aspiring to be known for her integrity, ethics, and respect in all endeavors. She founded the Women’s Affinity Group, showcasing her dedication to creating a supportive and inclusive environment. Kirsten's passion for her work, coupled with her dedication to her family and personal interests, reflects a well-rounded individual who brings enthusiasm and expertise to both her professional and personal pursuits.
