Stephanie leads MDK’s Indiana and Kentucky legal teams with a focus on building stronger processes, relationships, and outcomes for clients. With nearly two decades in default services, she specializes in residential mortgage default services, overseeing foreclosure prosecution and litigation defense.
Kirsten partners across teams and with clients to build efficient, compliant processes that support MDK’s mission and strengthen client outcomes. In her role, she ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and client requirements across the firm’s portfolios, collaborates on process improvements, and provides training to staff, all while fostering a culture of respect and teamwork.
Kimberly draws on more than two decades of legal experience to resolve complex foreclosure and business finance matters with efficiency, creativity, and collaboration. She represents mortgage lenders and servicers, safeguarding creditors’ interests while seeking mutually beneficial resolutions. Her approach blends deep legal knowledge with practical, results-oriented strategies.
