Michael Carleton serves as a Senior Attorney at MDK, where he specializes in recovering defaulted assets for timeshare clients and managing surplus funds post-asset sale within multiple jurisdictions. Based in Columbus, Ohio, Michael is an integral member of the timeshare practice group, leveraging his expertise to assist other areas within MDK when needed. With a career spanning over two decades, Michael has been instrumental in facilitating resolutions to complex legal matters, demonstrating a remarkable ability to navigate intricate processes efficiently.

In his role, Michael represents timeshare developers, associations, and trustees involved in judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, overseeing all facets of litigation and settlement negotiations.
