Based in Chicago, Jenna Rogers serves as Attorney Director, Client Engagement at MDK. In this role, she partners with Client Relationship Managers to bring legal insight into client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions. Jenna helps design client-specific engagement strategies, contributes to proposals, and supports long-term partnerships by aligning legal guidance with business priorities. Known for her collaborative approach, she thrives on building trust with clients and industry peers, ensuring that MDK delivers not only strong results but also enduring relationships.
For Jenna, client engagement is also deeply personal. “Client engagement is about more than offering legal advice—it’s about listening, understanding priorities, and working side by side to create strategies that move their business forward. My goal is to be a resource clients can rely on, not just in the courtroom, but in shaping solutions that serve their long-term success,” she shares.
Alongside her client engagement work, Jenna maintains a select caseload focused on residential mortgage matters. She provides advanced counsel on complex cases, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and responsiveness. Drawing on her litigation background, she brings practical, business-aware guidance to both client discussions and courtroom strategy.
Jenna is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association and is frequently involved in professional programming. She has spoken at industry events such as the American Legal and Financial Network’s Foreclosure Intersect and has contributed to MDK News Break on timely topics including foreclosure, loss mitigation, and compliance. Within MDK, she also coordinates volunteer opportunities for the Chicago office, underscoring her commitment to both the profession and her community.
Jenna decided to pursue a legal career after being inspired by her father, a title curative attorney, whose work sparked her interest in the law. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where she gained hands-on experience through clerkships with the United States Pardon Attorney’s Office, the Cook County Public Defender’s Office, and the Washtenaw County Public Defender’s Office. These formative experiences built a strong foundation in research, case preparation, and pragmatic problem-solving that continue to guide her practice today.
Outside of work, Jenna enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. Having called Chicago home for more than a decade, she appreciates the city’s vibrant culture and community.
