As Practice Group Director, Meredith leads the Pennsylvania legal team with a focus on developing attorneys’ skills, promoting thoughtful legal strategies, and strengthening the team’s alignment with client goals. She partners with Operations and Compliance teams to improve processes and address legal risks, while helping to shape the practice’s long-term direction. Meredith takes an active role in ensuring the team delivers high-quality, compliant work and collaborates regularly with colleagues across the firm to share knowledge and align on best practices.

A resolute member of MDK since 2015, Meredith’s career journey includes roles as Associate Attorney and Senior Attorney before stepping into the Practice Group Director role. Known for maintaining high moral standards while finding innovative and practical solutions to legal challenges, Meredith’s leadership centers on the growth of her team and the quality of service they provide to clients. She attributes the key to her success to resiliency, facing adversity with determination and adapting positively to difficult situations.
